Default blox type a's vs b's?

Do I need to upgrade my valvetrain in a b16a2 head if I want to install blox type b cams? What is the difference between blox type a and type b cams?

Blox a's are smaller, and Its reccomended by blox to upgrade (I'd do it just to be safe)

Blox b's are bigger, and definitely need a valvetrain upgrade.

Dont quote me on any of this, if you install the A's (or B's for that matter) and bend valves/ruin head/block its not my fault.

Personally, I purchased the Blox type B's cuz I heard a lot of good things about them, but I have a fully upgraded valvetrain (Valvesprings, Retainers, Valves, Valve Seals, Valve Guides)
