Default Car shakes in 1st gear/reverse

So I recently got my transmission rebuilt, and decided on adding a competition stage 2 clutch and pressure plate. I've installed everything to factory torque specs and now when I start to drive in first gear I have some shaking..It's not violent, but it's definitely noticeable. I had the flywheel resurfaced about 3-5,000 miles ago so I didn't get it resurfaced again..I just wiped it off. I've made sure that all the mounts are tight and the axles are 100% in. Any ideas on why it shakes/stutters in 1st gear and reverse? Thanks

possibly the transmission is acting up because of the clutch setup you have and its not adjusted/broke in properly

meaning that possibly the clutch has those issues from the get go and after the clutch gets broken in, it may not do it any more.
