my motor is a 210whp b series in an eg hatch.
i currently use a type r linkage, poly shifter bushings, skunk 2 shifter which i really dont like, with a circuit hero extender and s2 weighted ****. currently on stock mounts filled with home depot poly, but this was an issue in my old chassis with innovative 75A mounts also.
issue is, it is just ridiculously wobbly. even on the street, i can't shift it ver precisely. today i almost sh*t my pants as i caught 3rd gear trying to go 4th-5th, and luckily caught it before i fully released the clutch.
is there anything i can do to improve this setup, or just get a more solid shifter in general? i certainly dont think i need a gforce lol.
thanks for any input.

i like my gforce, but get a hold of rcautoworks. they were modifying shifters. also, mfactory makes a solid shifter mount rather than the poly. i have no experience though sorry.

well i dont think its a need for a g force, as im not making ridiculous power.
was it rc or speedfactory? i know speedfactory was modifying SCHA's which should help with gear location but i dunno about wobbling.
ill have to look into the solid mount.

The speedfactory shift change holder has nothing to with what you are talking about at all. It sounds like you have a problem. I have nearly the same setup and my shifter is not wobbly at all, make its not tight enouhg in the linkage or you have the wrong shifter or the wrong bearing. the 96-00 civic shifters are slighty different than the regular integra and civics for some reason
M factory shifter bushings are not SOLID...........The hole in the end of shifter rod is worn out where the bitch pin is. Either on the trans shaft or the the shifted rod. Or both

the bitch pin is very very tight going in and out i can tell you that. ill make a video of the movement if i have some time.
I got the same issue, I got a Ek coupe with a B&M shifter with poly bushings and innovative 85A mounts. When the shifter is in gear it can move side to side. I checked the linkage over and I could notice a tiny amount of play between that and the trans shifter rod, but I doubt that is causing the play. I even swapped linkages with another one and the play was still there. let me know what else I should check.
That little amount makes the shifter feel like crap......the pin could b tight ine the linkage but loose in the rod. Have someone look at it when your wiggling the shifted......BTW there is a lot of shaft rod and wiggle in this thred...lol

LOL at shaft rod and wiggle.
so if the pin is tight in the trans arm and loose in the coupler on the linkage what can be done?

well i may have gotten my answer today...
long story short, it felt hella sloppy while driving last night, went out for a ride today to try out the shifter without the circuit hero extender and the bolt that holds the stabilizer bar to the casing decided to go bye bye leaving me with no gears while driving down the road.
apprently it worked its way loose somehow.
