Default obd2 to obd1 need help with passing emissions

I'm trying to get my car straight so I can get it through emissions. 97 civic,turbo,p28 ecu. Problem is I have to convert back to obd2 to pass and don't really no where to start, From what I know so far I would need to take the obd1 step down harness out and put a obd2 harness and ecu back in,cat and 02 sensor. Is there anything else I would need to do?

stock obd2 ecu, stock fuel injectors and stock map sensor to start....pull out your wastegate spring so the ecu wont see any boost...then good luck....

Your going to need to get the stock injectors back in, and plug in the stock ecu, now this is where your gonna have a little work to do depending on the swap you have in there... If you have an obd2 engine then you should be good to go, the Crankshaft fluction sensor, purge valve should be there and wired already.. If you have an obd1 engine swapped in there is a Trick to bypass the CKF by running it to the CYP or CKP sensor cant remember off hand(Search) and then just make sure your charcol canister is installed and running to your purge valve properly. Dont forget you need to have 2 o2 sensors one before and one after the cat, then you should be good if your not throwing any codes.
