soo i was connecting my harness to my b16a2 block and i connected the oil pressure sensor, then when i wanted to connect the other 2 plugs in the set with the oil pressure sensor, i couldnt find a place to plug these plugs? i believe one of them is the knock sensor... i googled it and the knock sensor should be in the back middle of the block... but i dont have any sensor connect on the back middle of the block, i see a place where the hole where the knock sensor "might" have been.

so my question is... since im missing the connector to my knock sensor, can screw the sensor off my d-series motor and put it on the b-series? are they interchangable?

also can someone tell me what exactly a knock sensor is? do i even need it?
and if anyone knows.. what is the other sensor on that set of sensors?

 

my 96 Civic dx engine harness knock sensor connector and other fits onto the sensors on the GSR swap I did no problems. Beside IAB, I have to cut the connector from the GSR harness and slice it to the Civic harness. I think you could use the d-series knock sensor, I'm not to sure. You can try. Good Luck!!

i have the sensor on the d-series i wonder if i can put it on the b-series with no problems? anyone know?
