I'm looking to buy some new wheels, but I am stuck between 16's or 17's.

Can you guys reply with your opinions/pictures/wheel specs?

ALSO... is there any way to figure out what tire size will be equal to the original tire's diameter?

My daily driver: '03 Civic Ex coupe.

 

I am running 17 x 7.5 Rota Boost's on mine. I will post up my tire size later, I can't remember it off of the top of my head.

 

215/50-16 and 215/45-17.

Because without a drop it'll look 4X4 stylez. If you get your drop before your rims, you won't have that problem.

 

That does make sense... Time to make a new thread on which manufacturer makes better suspension...

HAHAHA. I would agree, but i want people's input on their experience about what rides smoother.... I dont want a broken back on my way to work.

 

Theres alot of threads in on here that you can use like the suspenion thread, what drives betters, just got to research before anything. Also have the picture thread, But since im a nice guy ill post a pic of my car.

17x7 with a 205-40-17 tire on it

 

go with a 16 you will have more tire with the same if, not better clearance than a 17, more tire is better comfort. You will want to lower the car even if its 2" so that your not sitting looking like 4x4 though.

 

You can look in the suspension thread that we have right here in the 01-05 forum. We also have a picture thread. You can also use key words in google. You can also google a specific tire size and click the google images tab to show pictures.
