Default Opinions on blown motor

Long story short, the balance shaft belt broke on my 93 accord f22a6, the oil light came on, like an idiot I tried to make it 20 miles to my shop. It died 3 miles away. I pulled the timing cover off replaced the belt and now its running on 3cyl.

Compression test shows about 160 on 2,3,4, and 25 on 1.

Question: Do you think the rings went out, or maybe an exhaust valve. Basically I am debating on buying a rebuild kit for the bottom end, or a new valve train but I am not sure where the damage is.

Any insight would be great

A leakdown test will help you diagnose where the problem is coming from.I also would say just take the head off and then you can see if its the valve and if not order the lower rebuild kit.

Thanks, your right I will try and borrow a leak down test kit. I have never used one before.
