ok i have a 99 crv obd2b and i am swapping in obd2 gsr long block. what ecu can i use so it will run the automatic part of the crv?

was thinking of using 99-00 civic ex auto computer. i know it wont run the iab of the gsr, but thats ok i will just take them out till i get skunk or blox intake manifold.

is the awd system controled by the ecu or does it have nothing to do with the ecu?

 

rt4wd isnt connected w/ the ecu..
as for the autobox, from what ive seen, it also has
a diff. ecu on top of the main ecu, it looks like the
ABS box, just try to get a gsr ecu first and see how
itll run... or make it obd1, i think i saw some sellers from
ebay posting up gsr auto ecu(jdm)..

my mech/tuner is building something for autobox crv,
he is thinking of putting a paddle shift thing into auto
crv....ive seen it in civic ek, he is just polishing some
issues coz he's gonna make an ecu for it....
