which ecu to run

i have a 99 si with a gsr engine. i am currently running the ecu from the si but would i notice any difference if i switched to the gsr ecu and is it worth doing it?

yes you killing your motor with that ecu
get a gsr ecu

How would it even run that engine good? Secondary butterflies on gsr?

Wow.

Of course! The B16A2 ECU is not made to run a B18C1! Of course it's going to make it run improperly.
