I have the D2 RS on my 05' em2 daily driver. Single tube, 36 way dampener, mono-tube full coil-overs. Has separate height and preload adjustments. Very surprising quality for the price. Easy to install, I like the ride (full dampening), they look great. Plus, with 4 dampening adjustment keys if you break one you'll have 3 spares. They won't break. I paid $692 plus shipping.

Use caution with the cheap, a billion way adjustable coilovers. After a while youll be wanting handling to go along with it. Rock hard springs arent great on the street. You need a balance of spring rate, roll, tire choice, ride height, shock damping and swaybar(s) to get a good result. Koni/GC is a great, inexpensive setup that you can choose spring rates on and get the shock revalved if you need to.

Another option that's a bit cheaper is ground controls with tokico illuminas. I don't remember the exact price but it should be less than $700. I've had them for 1.5 years and have no complaints.

its really just personal preference, u can choose from any of these basic coilover, usually 600-650 shipped. like tein basic, k sport, progressive, omni etc, there many more out there. and make sure spend rest 50-100 bux for alignment, get your toes adjusted right.

make thing affect ride comfort is spring rate, most of these basic coilover are pretty soft on the springs.
