Want Coilovers. Have $500-$600 to spend. What should I get?
Been looking for a nice set of coilovers that ride nice. Have nearly 600 bucks to dish out on a full set. Ive heard good things about the function and form coilovers. Skunk2 and Tein are my favorite brand of springs I have heard great things about tein. Any input from people who have had a good coilover setup for a decent price would be great. Ive been pushing to the function and form type 1s though they are 600 and the skunk 2 pro s 2 coilovers are only 100 bucks more and I have heard they ride really nice.

Function and Form hands down. Cheap and great ride quality. I've got them on my em1 and they've been on there about 10,000 miles.

that price range if u are slaming the front low you want a strut set up with a high spring rate up front.... yonaka makes coil overs in that range.... ive never had them but most reviews are good

Skunk2 aren't too great when it comes to suspension. I own a set of Tein's & they're nice but for daily diving you'll want them equipped with the EDFC controller. In that price range a set of used Type 2's or D2 coilovers with damper adjustment I'd think would be your best bet.

Personally I would just look up best reviews for your exact car. In your price range. Hopefully you know someone that can put them on or do it yourself. save money.

If you're not slamming the car I recommend Progress CS2 hands down. Superior ride, product and company over Function & Form and Skunk2.
Since you only list your budget and not what your criteria is past that you are getting the same tired answers people normally ask when they ask this same tired question.

Re: Want Coilovers. Have $500-$600 to spend. What should I get?
Im planning on slamming the car pretty low. Im honestly looking for a great set of coilovers for a decent price. Nothing in Ive researched in the forums is what I am looking for. Not interested in lowering springs and struts. I want a really good quality set of coilovers. Probably could save up another hundred to get the best I can but I dont want to throw 700 dollars at something I wont like and cant get rid of. So koni/ground control sounds to be the best ahead of fnf? Is it the full coilover set with shocks too or just the sleeves?

Koni/GC is a spring and shock combo, but you can run sleeves with them to lower further. F/F sucks. Their spring and rebound rates aren't balanced well, and it ends up way too soft for any kind of aggressive driving, let alone track work, but too harsh for DDing unless your roads are pristine.
