Default About my block

To get to the point... I have a B18B1 block..with benson sleeves(RIP to him), manley rods, cp pistons 9:1, acl bearings, a moroso oil pan, fluidamper pulley, engine bored to 1.9.. The thing is I had it tuned by Tony Palo out of Dallas,TX. We had tuned it very well. A month later a rod bearing spun. So I broke it all down and sent my block back to Benson in California. He fixed it all back up, took it to the dyno again, after a few runs it spun again. Tony and I couldnt figure out why... the reason im here. Im trying to see how much I can sell this block for in this condition???
