It probably didnt come with the rear sway bar bushings.

I called the 1800 # and asked why the catalog (pictured below) says the kit will include rear sway bar bushings and the part list they included in the master kit does not. He sent me a set free! I requested another pair for the front since both the front/rear are 22mm on my car.
I know it says most kits do not include rear sway but its worth a try for some rear sway bar bushings


So if u oredered a master kit and didnt recieve rear bushings call him and ask why.

 

Im pretty sure that outline there is under both 99-00 civic si and 96-00 civic . In which it probably refers to the Civic Si coming with the rear sway bar bushings since im guessing only the SI model came with rear swaybars. Unlike the ex 96-00 etc....which im pretty sure dont come with rear sway bars. So unless you have an SI you just cheated Energy Suspension Company.

Well im not bashing im just coming to the conclusion that thats where your confusion might be coming from.

 

Your right, only 99-00 si came with rear sway bar, they have 26mm and 13mm rear.

Sence his kit didnt inclued them and it says they do, i dont think he cheated them, just getting what should have been inclueded in the kit to begin with, however, sence you have 22mm front and rear that's where it changes. Becuase you got bushings for sway bars that 99-00 SI's dont have.
