Well first u should really have a filter on ur turbo. Check all ur feeds and make sure they all are on there tight. Second the oil around ur turbo my first turbo from eBay did that mean ur turbo leaking and is going bad so I would go get it rebuilt stop smashing on it before it blows lol but yeah if it's a good turbo get it rebuilt why u always buy new because they have warrentys on the turbos.

I totally disagree it makes no sense to have it rebuilt before figuring out the problem and if it has no shaft play whatsoever it may not need a rebuild.Check the return line to make sure it isnt having issues returning the oil to the pan and what is the oil pressure you are getting on the feed line?

Someone knowledgeable has free reign to correct me but your turbo might not have shaft play and still have blown seals which would lead to the oil buildup on your comp housing(Im assuming from your less than descriptive OP).

Throw the ebay turbo in the trash and get something thats worth running.

On a side note: SiBlues, why dont you like Jdogg?

He scammed me I will pm you the details.

The seals could be bad also and I didnt know it was an ebay turbo they are known to fail very easily also.
