Radiator...tube busted...please help
Hey everybody. Today while I was drving, the tube that connects from the radiator to the engine popped...there's a hole. It's the tube that transfers the coolant to the engine. It happened while I was drving and then my engine overheated. Does anybody know how much to replace that tube and where I can get a replacement? I hope you guys know what I'm talking about. Thanks. Also, is there anything I should be worried about? I only drove another five minutes after it happened?
Just run down to the AUTOZONE, or even your HONDA DEALER and get a NEW HOSE. They don't cost much at all. Your fine. Just install the new hose and replace the ANITFREEZE. Good luck
yep....but use Honda brand Antifreeze (mixed correctly).
you might have cracked the radiator if you overheated (the top plastic is a known weakpoint)....but one thing at a time!
