Default D16z6 ? d16y8

Ive got a y8 with a spun bearing crank probbly isnt any good, bearing is really thrashed or whats left of it.

ive got a z6 block with a good crank, Whats the difference in cranks? the stoke is the same, journal size is the same, but are they interchangeable?

Any body with facts would be helpful.

Definitely.

I'd stick with the Z6 crank over the Y8 crank any day. They're almost identical. The Z6 has a second oil channel which the Y8 lacks.

I'm pretty sure both pumps are identical. The only thing that can be seen is the y8 pump has a slightly lower output, but I'm almost positive it's due to just having one oil channel and put on the dual-channel z6 crank it'll produce the same output as the z6 pump
