Icon2 fuse boxes not labeled on 95 del sol vtech

i am having cooling problems on 95 del sol I just got-have new water pump,thermostat,sending unit by thermostat and fan still not coming on-straight wired it does work.my underhood or inside fuse boxes have nothing telling what goes to what -have bought a chilton & haynes book and they dont tell me either.does anyone know of where I can get diagrams?
I also have no juice going to fr turn signals so I need to know what fuse is what.
THANX for any help I can have with this

Well, you could always test every individual fuse .

I don't feel like digging up my Haynes manual, but I thought that it had the diagram in it? Regardless, I prefer my shop manual over anything.
