Default del sol help

I have a Alpine in my 95 del sol right now, it sounds good all the time, but when I turn the car off, and back on I lose all the settings and my interior clock resets back to 1:00. what could be a reason for this?? I thought it might be a fuse.. but I do not know..

It's the red "backup" 7.5A fuse in the fuse panel under the hood.
