Default Building Bottom or Top End??

Does building the bottom end of a B18b effect the stock head or vice versa?

Im building a bottem end for a LS. Planning on going boost, but i dont feel the need to build the head and wanted to keep its stock. Im looking for around 300 to 350whp. Would that match power effect the stock head in a bad way?

You can make 300-350 without building the block or head. although i would reccomend at pistons, rods.

depends on the parts. you can build either end without effecting either end to an extent.
