Default Adjusted coilovers - crooked!

So I noticed that the driv side was lower than the passenger on the rear.

I took a look at the adjustable coilovers. They both were maxed all the way down.

What the hell...why is it crooked. I measured it and one side was 1-2 inches lower.

So I put them both on the 35 line. Passenger was 2 inches higher.

I ended up putting the drivers side to 35 and the passenger all the way down. A bit better but makes me wonder wtf is wrong with my car?

Are they sleeves? One might be upside down.

Are both shocks mounted in the same spot? When I installed mine I didn't really know what I was doing and the passenger side wasn't set all the way down.

Yeah I think the car's been in an accident.

The side which is lower has quarter panel damage.

FUUUCK! I had a feeling lol. They are sleeves but don't look upside down.

Take your car to an alignment shop so they can see what's going on. They will also be able to tell if it has been wrecked, esp if they are unable to get it within spec.

Did you install the coils yourself?
Frame bent sounds liek the most likely case, or something else is off, especially if they are bottomed out.
Its not often that the coils come uneven.

Springs also sag on the drivers side due to the extra weight. Usually not that badly, but it sounds like a spring/shock probably more then anything else since you said the shock looked lower/higher.

Thanks for the help.
I will be planning on going to an alignment shop.

I want some rims and tires, and a camber kit first.
Then I will get it aligned. Will take some time to save, though.

corner weight balancing needed?

all sides arn't going to be even even w/o bent frame

i've seen A LOT of tegs have the rear passenger side slant higher than the rear driver side. tire pressure, camber, ride height leveled out

you'll have to manually adjust it to be even all around w/ person roughly of your weight in the driver seat

I am a heavy person.

I hope it isn't a bent frame, though.
