BMW sells a cleaning product for their convertible plastic windows that I have heard works really well.

You may want to call a local dealer and inquire about it.

Glass cleaners are going to do nothing but probably make it worse (depending if like ammonia is in it)

I used lots of windex and fine steel wool with VERY light pressure. Keep rubbing at it slowly and the haze will go away. Then follow up with plastix. If you know what you're doing, the window turns out looking great. Mine looked 100X better afterwards. My friend thought I got a new window.

Then I bought a glass window top because...cmon.

I just tried PlastiX 2 days ago and it cleared it up significantly. I'm satisfied.
