I'd say those are definitely worth a shot - no paint cracking or peeling.

I had several dings like that (esp. on a bend like your rear one) and they came out so well I couldn't find them again. And mine was under warranty at the time, so it was free for me at the dealer!

The one on the hatch is a do-able PDR

The one on the door, I don't think it will come out perfectly, because its shape is like a "line" and those can still be noticed after PDR, but you should still have PDR attemted, save the original paint.

The general prices that I have pain in St Louis is: $65-$75 per panel plus $35 - $50 per dent. So, a door with three good size dings would be $65 + 35 + 35+ 35 = $170

I had a nasty crease on my rear quarter panel on my old integra (two months after it was just painted, some jackass in a firebird swung his door into my car!) It was right on the body line on the passenger side rear quarter panel! guy said its 65 bucks per sqaure inch. minch was about 5 inches verticle (ROR) i couldnt tell there was EVER a dent there after he worked on if for about 45 minutes. only bad thing was he had to drill a hole in the door jam but they provided a plastic plug.

i dont have the knowledge to tell you wether your dents are fixable through paintless dent remover but id definitely look into it if i were you! gl and let us know what the outcome is!

btw, your R looks nice on those MF10s!

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. Suprised not much pessimism toward PDR. I'm going to get some estimates tomorrow and I'll deffinitly update the thread with pics and progress.

Thanks Dr. DC2, I'm actually not feeling the MF10's as much as I thought I would and will be trading my buddy for gunmetal/polished lip WORK RSZ-R 16x7, plus some cash on top on his end.

Just make sure you find a reputable and confiDent PDR guy. I know dealerships work with them often (at least ours do). You might call up a dealership and see who they would recommend. I just wouldn't want an amature shmo drilling or making the problem worse. Good luck! Let us see the after shots!

I had my R done a few months ago and was really happy with the results. I had two guys come.

The first guy had a drill and 2 PDR shafts/sticks?(dont know what there called) I told him to give me references and he disapeared.

The second guy had a van loaded with different tools. He did a great job. $150.00 I got 23 dents removed I only thought I had 4

I just stopped by the dealer and they gave me a business card for the guy they use to do PDR.

Rob gave the car to me with the dent on the hatch. The bullshit on the passenger door is all my fault, I hit the sidewall of my garage backing out someday back in January.

I need 10 but I kind of need them quick. Does the dealer carry them in stock?

You'll have to call. But that part fits a lot of cars - I'm guessing more than half the cars they sell - so your chances are pretty good. It's also used on a lot of Hondas, so you can try a Honda dealer as well as an Acura dealer. List is $4.78 each.
