Need help identifying a part of my transmission
This is the bottom of the shifter underneath the car. It is some kind of boot that goes around the bottom of the shifter. I think it is why my shifter moves left and right while it is in gear considering I already replaced the shift linkage bushings from energy suspension and it only fixed another problem. Let me know if you have any further questions!!
Thanks!

P.S. : B-series transmission, B18B1 block with vtec head.
Thanks!

Mine wore down and tore up a couple of months ago. You'll need part 10.

Yes, I had the exact same problem. The shifter had a tremendous amount of play while in gear. Once I replaced it, it was normal again.
