BEEN TOLD IT COULD BE THE DIZZY...i changed the dizzy rotor n still does the same..can it be the dizzy???how can i find out if its going bad or u cant tell..
Check the fuel system even replace a few things..
Filter
Injectors
Rail
All related line and hoses.
Also check your plugs, make sure their not fouled up and they have good spark.
This is something ur gonna have to find out through process of elimination, so maybe we can start there and see if it gets us anywhere.
Your valve cover isn't an obd0 valve cover. I think the obd0 ones are supposed to have a large "DOHC" with a small "VTEC" though i hear there are some that aren't. obd-0 motors were oldschool. 89-91ish ef motors and integra xsi motors. If your motor is obd0 it should be running a pw0 or pr3 ecu. If you are, then you need TWO O2 sensors. Alot of people wire the two o2 sensor pins into one o2 sensor for aftermarket headers n stuff. Check to see how many o2 sensors you got. Can't really tell with your small picture. If you got one, then that's probably the issue. If you have two, they might be wired backwards. Unplug both o2's and see if it drives better. If it does, then you gotta swap pins c8 and c16 on your ecu.

Unfortunately this doesn't really help the high rpm stuttering. You shouldn't need any aftermarket fuel regulators.
