Ive owned the Tanabe racing medallion before on my previous EK w/B16 and loved it

both of them were on my list last month but i decided to get the ws2 catback instead. the ws2 is quiet and sounds awesome but hangs a bit low. the tanabe sounds too deep in my opinion. the sound matches better for toyota supra owner and cars with bigger engines.
i went on youtube to check both video and the ws2 sounds better for a honda.

The sound on the Racing Medallion is fantastic, and it certainly is less restrictive than the WS2. As a matter of fact if you look inside the canister of the Tanabe you can see right through it...hence it's loudness.

i might jump on the WS2 just to try something different but if only the tip didn't stick out soo much from under the bumper.

I love my WS2. Resonator is a tad low, but nothing to fret about.

imo the ws2 sounds stock until vtec if u got a vtec motor, other than that just leave ur exhaust stock and buy an
axleback u'd have the same effect, again imo...try greddy sp2 it sounds amazing and is rly quiet compared to the tanabe
just a bit more $$...i have an apexi n1 with a high flow cat, loud but i love it! good luck man

o and the sp2 doesn't hang low, although the tip sticks out a tad, but my buddy just took an inch and a half outta his midpipe and it sits perfect now and sounds amazing!
