wut do you think is better, tanabe racing medallion or N1 on mah 93 hatchback? which one has more gain and sound better? i wanna see ur opionion so feel free to say wutever you think.

go w/ tanabe racing medallion. It is very quiet w/ the silencer on. I got pulled over w/ my racing medallion w/ the silencer on. The cop told me to rev the hell out of my car and he said thats a pretty quiet exhaust. From my friends experience, they said that the n1 is loud even w/ the silencer. BTW the racing medallion is loud *** hell w/o the silencer.

i have the full n1, 2.5 collector and no cat. really, really loud. sounds great but attracts cops. skunk2 also very good exhaust imo.

i had a racing medallion, got messed with by cops too much, but im going for a cleaner low profile look now so i cut off the canister and welded on a flow master muffler and utilized the mandrel bent piping i had already, i like it a lot better... dunno if this matters

Tanabe RM! Can't beat the sound, and if you want quiet just put the silencer on.

i got the TRM and love it, it's too loud without the silencer, so now i got the silencer on it. The only thing i dont really like about it is that it scrapes on my driveway. And the only part that scrapes is the outter endge of it.

I'd go with the TRM

The only thing i don't like about it is the way the tip of muffler looks like and extra smaller piece, you know what im talking about? I dont like the way the TRM looks on the hatches, but thats what im getting though, Function over fashion

The N1 is also great, that angled look and the muffler give it a ****** aggressive *** look. The only thing is usually you will scrape like all hell.

Tanabe Racing Medalion all the way man! I use to have a Racing Medalion on my Accord and I loved it and like someother people said you just can't beat the sound of a Tanabe Exhaust I love them, and have always loved them ever since I can remember. The only reason I took mine off is so I can sell my car in its stock form and then get a Hatchback. I also never put the silencer in mine, because I like the loud deep low tone it makes and never had a problem with cops.

really? I don't know anyone with an n1, but I have a TRM. Don't get me wrong I do like the exhaust, but (tell me if this has happened to any of you?) around the edges of the canister where it's actually bolted to the opening; I sometimes get the black soot marks. they seem to seep out through the areas between the bolts.

n1 to tanabe the canister looks like a piece of **** and it sounds raspy use to have it moved up to spoon if u buy this exhaust im sure u will do the same soon

My friend has a GSR with a N1 muffler on it. Its sooo ****** loud! Sounds like hes doing 100 but in reality hes only doing 25.

Thermal Research and Development are the best in my opinion. I have the 3" on my 92 Hatch and love it. Also, it is full stainless steel and not with such a gay ultra massive tip. When I drive fast and am in VTEC with the turbo kicked in, I almost wet myself each time. When my friends are in their car behine me, they say it sounds like a F1 Race Car.

apexi is my weapon of choice,...i love my WS but im not gonna get started on it


out of the two that the post starter mention,..i would go with the TRM,..i used to have it,..loud as **** without the silencer,..but kinda quiet with the silencer in,...sounds better than my friend's N1,...i just like the way N1 slants
