If I'm correct I believe the 95' Civic 4dr is the EG8. Where all you people at with those? Ive yet to see a single person with a 4dr EG on here.

lmao, perfect way to put it, i love my eg8 being a past hatchy owner, only regret i have is owning a 2dr before the 4dr, i get more thumbs up with it even when compared to my supra i rarely drive

aside the tein springs from a 99-00 civic si and ITR shock/struts, ITR rear lca's and gsr sway bar not really, at least not yet. i have three different engines in my garage and debating which one to build up for boost. Im tryin to find a pair of front lower control arms so i can have the provision for front swaybar links to install a 24mm ITR sway bar but havent had any good luck for cheap, lol. interior is all stock aside the suede roof lining and rear deck and a delsol shifter lol. im actually the only one here in lebanon, pa that has the cleanest eg8 and thats a fact since it got body work and paint a month or two ago.

I have a y8/z6 combo, b16 long block and a ls long block, 400whp is easy to accomplish just dont wanna put too much $ into it since the last time i had a honda before this eg8 was 5yrs or so ago when i had a hatchy with a built b16 and turbocharged and got jacked two days after proposing to my wife so yea im sorta hesitant to do too much to it..

 

I started with a delly, sold it, got a hatch, got a coupe, sold the hatch, got a 4 door with no motor and I have a 8 valve b8?or7 in the garage I plan on installing. Gotta get an alarm on my coupe and I suggest u do the same. A garage helps too

is there a difference in vin's going from cdm or us produced or something? i had a hatch back in the day and that said eg6 where as ive also seen ej6

 

the info is out there u just gotta find it (should be easy). Never was really into what chassis was what. In fact today was the first time iv actually look at the vin, eg8 and ej1 on the coupe.

 

My vin says E-EG8

 

The VIN just determined the chassis code and the tr
package.
