Default wastegate flange help

All,

I purchased a custom turbo manifold from Canadia a while back. I was told it was flanged for a 44 mm wastegate. However, my TiAl v44 does not fit it. At all. The file that I have attached (or tried) shows a rough sketch of the flange.

Any ideas on what it is for or if a conversion exists for my TiAl product?

Thanks,
Gman105

I'm 99% sure that whoever built that manifold welded the outlet flange on, not the inlet. The inlet flange doesn't have that lip on the inside, it's recess in.

See if it bolts up to the outlet on the wastegate

Just checked and it fits perfectly against the outlet of the wastegate. The only problem is that the 70mm OD portion makes fitting a clamp on impossible. What the heck?

Any other thoughts? And yes, Canadia ftw.

Can anyone verify that this is not the flange for another wastegate manufacturer such as turbosmart or synapse?
