Default Driver side window coming out of track

I've searched and came up with various posts that cover this problem but no definitive answers. The car is a 93 Honda Accord LX 4 door with power windows. I've been helping out a friend and don't have that much experience diagnosing window issues. I believe his car at one point in its life was broken into which may be causing the issue. The issue is when I roll up the drivers window it rolls up fine until around the top corner it starts to come out of the track. I looked online and saw that it was missing the door glass guide so I went to Honda and bought one thinking it may fix the issue, well it didn't. Also it doesn't appear to have the door glass stopper (pictured below) but I'm not sure where that goes as I don't have another car to look at in front of me with it (if possible can someone post a pic of theirs?). I've attached some pics of what it is doing below. I've tried adjusting the window per the manual by loosening the two bolts and rolling up the window and then tightening them but it didn't solve it.

If I guide it back in place it'll still leave a two inch gap unless I push it back in place

If I let it go up on its on it'll keep going up out of the window track farther than this pic

Try some Silicon Lube from the auto parts store. For years (about 6), I had my passenger side window always slip out of the track when I wind it up with the power windows on my 94 Accord. No matter what I did, nothing would fix it. I adjusted the tracks all the time. I just gave up on it and decided it was going to do that for the rest of it's life. I finally bought some silicon lube, and what do you know? It worked magic. My windows have been working for about 2 years now since I sprayed it with the silicon lube. No more slipping out of track as it winds up for me.
