Default Ball joint/Tie rod nut madness!!!

I'm pretty pissed off right now. I can't get the driver side lower ball joint to stop spinning. It has like 3 more ****ing threads to be completely tight. And the passenger outer tie rod does the same thing. I tried everything!!! Used a jack to put pressure on it, soaked it in PB buster and let it sit for a while, used a C-clamp, used channel locks and put all 200lbs of my body weight on it while a buddy trying to tighten it. I can't figure this out. What the hell do I do.....

you can get a tap and die set and run it over the threads to make sure that they are clean. If that doesn't work just take a small grinder and grind into the ball joint in the end. That way you can grab it with a flat head screwdriver and hold it while you tighten the castle nut.

its the castle nut.

m10x1.25 tap (tie rod end)
m12x1.25 tap (lower balljoint)

or new nut.

Nah, WTF.

All you do is put pressure on the hub assembly. Have someone step down on the hub assembly and at the same time tighten the nut. Thats it!!

I got them all on this morning. I ended up taking the axles back out and I rented a ball joint press from Schucks. Got all the fluids filled about an hour ago or so after visiting my new born sister in law (and bless her heart as she was born at 6months old and only 1lb 7oz)

But now another new problem. I got every bolt as tight as I could. l took it out for a test drive really quick around the block no faster than 20mph and the steering feels sooo sloppy. Like it felt like I had power steering but I have a manual rack. What might cause that? I don't think I got the axle nuts tight enough since I don't have any power tools. Any thoughts?
