Icon2 couple of questions

Ok so I recently acquired a 95 Honda Civic DX 4dr. It needs some work and I'm willing to read any GOOD write ups and take anyone's serious advice to making my car perform and look better.

So first off is some basic how to crap idk how to do lol

My ac isnt blowin cold, tried charging it and it was cold for a bit then got warm again. how do i go about finidin out if its a leak or my compressor and whats the best possible way to go about fixing it?

Im also looking to do a 5 lug conversion on my own as well. Can anyone who has successfully done their own get me a list of all parts needed and what parts would be best for my civic?

And im looking to put a simple alarm in the car as well, and suggestions?

So if any of you virtuoso Honda fanatics and builders I will greatly appreciate your advice and knowledge. Thanks!

5 lug is easy, its basicly bolt on. Look for a itr 5 lug and use everything expect front upper control arms (i think they are diff) also dont use the rear lca's unless you have itr shocks.

For alarm any where between 200 and up.
I have a clifford 3.3x a little more then the simple alarm but its worth it, was 469 installed+tax
My friend has a basic clifford and i think it was like 300 installed at cartoys.
You could also buy an alarm for ebay or something and have it put in, or do your self, although you are runing a risk doing that.

Another issue:

I almost forgot something is wrong with my radiator. I think there maybe a leak in it or the hoses because like every two or three weeks Im having to put in more coolant. I did a bit of reading on other threads and I found that it could also either mean that my head gasket is going. Has anyone ever had this problem? Is there a way to fix a small leak with out having to replace a hose or all of them?

Also I heard of a ghetto quick fix. A guy poured a can of ground black pepper into his radiator to fix a leak and it worked. Anyone heard of this either?
