Default 5 lug conversion (with a difference)

First off I have searched on 5 lug conversions, I admit there is loads of help with parts list, prices etc. The thing is I have a JDM ITR which has 4lugs (great!!). The question is, is that as I have an ITR is all I need the hubs and discs???? (If that is the case I shall get down to my local honda dealer and get some prices) As I would imagine the other parts that non ITRs owners need I already have.

Any help would be appreciated

I would leave it like this. You have more aftermarket rim choices like this. Like OZ superleggeras or so.

Yeah I like them as well, I suppose it would be less hassel than changing parts en stuff (not to great working on cars (sigh)). Its not like many people over here would have them anyway
