wire harness question?

I want to put a obd2 LS into my 92 civic and was woundering if I could put a obd2 harness from a automatic LS onto stick shift setup?

Just plug and play, you will have 1 extra plug at the shock tower and 1 or 2 extra down by the front of trans.
I am running an OBD1 auto LS harness with my OBD1 LS in my 92 SI.
