Default New eg owner. need help

ok so today i picked up a 93 eg
exterior wise its a piece of $#@!... but she does have a freshly swapped b18b1 in and what i believe is a b16 tranny
im kinda new to the honda world
here she is better pics tommorow

so heres whats wrong.
the old owner converted the rear to disk brakes but never hooked up the ebrake cable..... Sooo how can i fix this ?

next thing on the list.
the dumbass put a straightpipe to a gsr muffler. its loud as hell and sketchy i dont think the cops will like that, what exhaust should i get, im looking for budget and quiet.

and the third and final thing is that with the swap they fcked something up and in neutral it constantly rev's up and down, im thinking either wrong ecu or throttle management system ? ideas ?

THanks. im beyond happy with the car tho. tranny and engine dont have over 15k on them. and yes before you ask im allready getting a new rear bumper hood and interior.

^X2. The Apexi is a great exhaust that isn't obnoxious and will keep you under the radar, sound-wise. Put a CARB-legal cat on and it will be quiet at idle and normal cruising. When you get on it, you get a nice sound, but not raspy (like I'm sure you get now w/a straight pipe). The tip is kind of big, so if cops around your area pull people over for modified-looking exhausts, that might give you a little trouble. I've not had any issues with mine.

Regarding your weird idle issue, check the ECU and see if it's the correct one. Sounds like they cut corners everywhere when doing the upgrades to the car, so it wouldn't surprise me if you were running the stock CX (or possible VX?) ECU. The e-brake cable should be fixable...you'll have to source one from a 94-00 Integra or a 92-95 SI from a junk yard. Probably will take a little work to put it in though.

You might want to edit your pics and white-out the license plate. Thieves and all...

Look up how to clean your fast idle thermo valve and your idle air control valve (both located on the intake mani/throttle body). That should help your idle issue. As far as the rear breaks look into getting some ebrake cables from honda (if they're not in the car already) and hook them up. For the straight pipe fix look for a cat if it just has a test pipe in it. Overall man I would say just start reading and looking at your car to figure this shiz out.

as far as exhaust. since its a b18b1 will the exhaust need to be modified to fit the axleback ws2 ? im pretty sure the current exhaust is welded. or like superglued on judging by everything else on the car so far
cleaned the car today and found like $15 in change. i find that funny cos the car is bare metal inside... i also found like 20 unused condoms. Im cleaning it and yelling at my friend LOOK ANOTHER ONE... im guessing the previous owner didnt get as much as he planned
for right now im putting a full fatmat layer into it then carpet and panels.
its so rattly ><
