ok i have a 1994 honda accord have a h22a1 swoop in it with the f22 vtec harness car drives fine vtec kicks but when i bring the rpm up to 1500 they jump up and down and i keep pressing the throttle doesnt change then all of a sudden it will jump up to 3000 or 4000 rpm and im getten a code 14 iacv code which is brand new from honda someone please help spray starter fluid to find vacuum leak and nothing found the iacv valve goes to pin 9 on the ecu its a p28 ecu chipped also i didnt change and wires on the ecu connections cuz i wasnt sure if i need to it was a vtec harness

 

does anyone one have any ideas or have had the same issues i have please i need help i have tried everything i can think of and if anyone can shead some light on y i still get a iac code with a brand new iac from honda that would b a big help to i just want my car running good

 

finally figured out what is wrong with my car turns out it is a bad ecu but i did put in a new tps and map but i finally found a web page that told you how to trouble shot the 14 code thanks for all ur help guys and everyone that post stuff on this site i wouldnt have figured it out with out it

it was in another post on honda tech titled (1991 Civic, Code 14 IACV, Hesitation from idle to 3000rpm, I'm stumped.) the trouble shooting is the same but when it comes down to the pin outs on the ecu its just different pins just find ur pins outs for ur ecu and do it the same way
