So i dont know if anyone has asked this before but oh well. I want to eliminate the ugly box and pv/c valve on the back of the block while planing on putting in the catch can w/breather so can i eliminate that and just run my two port's off the valve cover or should i plan on running one port off the whole in the block and two off the valve cover, oh yea im planning on tig welding a block off plate over that whole, any input would help?

You can use a freeze plug to plug off the hole from the box. This is the part # I got from my search: Autozone 555-104.1

I'm going to run two ports off the back of the block. If I need to, run a drain into a tapped freeze box in the original box's position.

I actually started mocking mine up today. The nipple fittings that the hoses go to on the block (they are allen plugs stock) are a prelude part, I don't have the part number handy but will look if you want it. I sprung for a Z10 plug, but the freeze plugs work just fine.

3/16 stainless steel lines. Though I wouldn't recommend stainless if you aren't too concerned with it as it is harder to flare properly. Lokar throttle cable.
