Default P2T ECU to run GSR

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with my swap. I got the 2000 gsr into my 2000 hatch, but the tuner that is suppose to remove the immobilizer off the chip says he is having problems with the ECU and working on it. I, however, need the car back ASAP because it is a daily. The tuner told me to run the ob2b P2T that I had from my old swap for the mean time and it is ok to do so, it just won't have the IAB, knock sensor, or 02 wiring. I'm more concerned about the fuel maps and whether it would actually run properly. Let me know.
