thinking of running acetone if my car dont pass emissions
I have heard that people recommend 1oz per 10 gallons. That acetone reduces HydroCarbons (which I am failing at idle).
Yes, I have everything tuned up on the car (PCV, oil, oil filter, air filter, NGK plugs n wires, cap and rotor). If I still dont pass im going to change out the CAT.
Honda Civic EX's take 88 Octane fuel right?
Anyone here successfully try this to pass emissions?

no we all run 91-93 whatever the highest is where you live, but ive heard ppl run a lower octane to pass the emissions but id run seafoam straight to the motor and that'll burn off ALOT of carbon off the pistons and what not, but i live in texas and we dont have those kinds of emission test, ive heard of ppl etting them passed in other states too just so they have a passing sticker on their car

TEST 1: Used spark plug wires with unkown mileage, Motorcraft brand spark plugs, 10W-30 synthetic high mileage oil change with filter, CAI. 88 Octane fuel

Timing was already adjusted and correct.
