When signaling, steering wheel vibrates

What's the deal here? I've noticed everytime I signal or turned the headlights on, my steering wheel vibrates. I've searched and googled and nothing came up.
Could be low idle like 500rpms or less. Why? grounding issues maybe.. Usually when you turn on the lights or roll down the power windows the idle tends to go down.
Solution: Try adjusting your idle either by flat head screw driver on the throttle body or adjust tps to specs..
If those fail then look for a grounding issue.
Other possible causes: Bad motor mounts
