throwing lots of codes...12,13,14,16,17,21,22,23,41,43,45,61..
Everything is wired properly and it idles at 2000rpm
limp mode of course
smells like gas
timing is right on

Are you positive the ECU is chipped and chipped for the gsr if so? That many codes, it seems like something isnt right, especially if you are positive everything is wired correctly.
Have you opened the ecu to make 100% sure its actually chipped, but even then you cant be certain what basemap/etc is on the chip. Unless you got it chipped yourself..
The main deal with the codes you list are for vtec solenoid and pressure switch, IACV, and O2 sensors and every fuel system code. If everything is wired correctly, im going to have to say something with the ECU is faulty, or its not chipped or something of that nature. Ive never heard of someone having all those codes at once lol

The guy that chipped the computer is well known in the area and has done one for me before.....but i was thinking the computer also. Gonna run some chaeks today and see what happens. Thanks for the input
