what is the best rear brake setup???
disc or drum??? my cx has drums I was told to change the master cylinder to a bigger size and run drums on the back on my drag eg hatch. What do you guys think is the best setup???
IMO, it really doesn't matter. The guy's guy's have both set up's. Put your money and time some where else. So long as your wheels spin freely leave them alone.

not being able to stop without pumping the brakes? at what speed or trap? sounds to me like you have some other issues with your braking system, issues that a rear disc setup might not fix.
I can't view pictures here at work, do you have the check valve in the vacume line to the brake booster?
Than I'm thinking he needs to bleed his brakes, he may have air in the lines. It's a pretty simple system. If the master cylinder and brake booster are in good shape he should be fine. The Honda Manual has some simple test for the brake system.
Other then that, I know rota92 likes the Axxis pads for there cold bite
