Alright so I hooked up everything, made a basemap but when I start my car it throws a CEL and idles at 2000rpm. I havent jumped the ecu yet but through Neptune Code errors nothing is showing up. Anyone have this issue before?
Are you actually able to datalog real-time values?
Check that Injector Test and Knock have been disabled if your ECU does not use them.
Should have posted this on the NepTune forum for a quicker response.

Does the ecu run ok on a chip?
Can you verify that you have your 4 pin connector installed the correct way at the CN2 port on your ECU?
Have you gone through all of the help sections in the software... there is a HUGE help database on the Hrtuning.com site and built into the program itself.
I would suggest doing the things mentioned above and definitely reading the help/watching the videos!!

It sounds like either you do not have the Demon/RTP setup correctly in the ecu.

I'm very glad you got it figured out. You're welcome to send me a message or email explaining how it was hardware or software related so I know for the future, but it seems highly unlikely at this point with several thousand people running without a hitch up until this point.
Thanks, I appreciate your time and always look to improve the NepTune product.

When installing the pins onto the Demon itself? or inserting the Demon into the ECU socket? How forceful you need to be will depend on what type of socket you have in the ECU.
No problem.

The pins onto the demon. When installing the demon into the ecu it was simple. But with the pins onto the demon, I had to push one end down and slowly move towards the other end. Guess it was just me. I didnt think it would need that much force to get it in there.
