The way my t4 1.06 hotisde is on my 35r the turbo sits really far into the housing, this lead to my oil return line pretty much touching one of the runners on my manifold. Ive tried and there is literally NOTHING i can do about it. The return is stainless braided -10, i also wrapped it with exhaust wrap. Anyone know is thats going to be ok touching one of the manifolds runners?

 

It'll melt the rubber inside then you'll have oil everywhere....

 

post pics, there has to be a way that you can fix it, that just doesnt sound right

The melted return line will not be the problem, the big oil fed fire will be the problem.
Fabricate a hard line for your return and keep it away from the manifold or your oil temp will be uncontrollable.

 

Is there such thing as a hard line that I can still attach to my AN fitting welded into my oil pan

Really appreciate the offer man but the car would have to be there to really make sure it would work. Iim gonna try putting together 2 45deg fittings to make an S shape around the manifold tomorrow. Wel'l see how it works out....
