Please help D16 idle stuck @2500rpm
Short story.. rebuild my D16Y7 non-vtec motor installed in my 91 EF hatch with DPFI to MPFI converted, PM6 ECU with 90-91 civic si intake manifold and TB.
The car was running fine, only one thing.. I found out bad oil leak in between lower head and intake manifold.. the head was cracked.
So I replaced the head.. and installed RC engineering bored out 59mm TB, Edelbrock ported 62mm Intake manifold Performer X, and GUDE bullfrog cam.
Now I turn the key, the idle went and stay @2500rpm?
Any ideas?
BTW, I clean the Idle valve control and still idle stay, stable @ 2500rpm.
Any helps?

I turned 2x clockwise, (Make it tighter) not overtight,.still same problem.. idle stay stable @ 2500rpm..?
