d16y7 intake manifold to d16y8

so i have a 1999 civic ek it has a d16y7 and i really wanna put a d16y8 into it what would be the best and easiest way to do this thanks

there are alot of diys for the y7 to y8 manifold swap... if your gonna get your hands dirty swap the heads and add vtec or do a complete swap they are pretty cheap and lots of them
