She's sprung a leak captain!
It looks like that's directly below your charcoal canister, there are several rubber hose fittings around that area, both on top and one on the bottom of it. I'd see if you see any leaks in that area.
I doubt your charcoal can is leaking itself.

I looked around some more and I couldn't see the source. I tried feeling the charcoal canister but didn't feel anything wet. When I got my oil changed last time, I was told that the heater hose under my distributor is leaking. Is this related ?
is it coolant? theres another thread i just posted a post on about the heater hose i think in this forum...check my posts on my stats...i gotta do something or i would look it up and tell you the thread title...if you dont find the thread i'll get it for you in a few minutes

The liquid isn't green though, its a clear liquid with a rainbow-y tinge to it (I checked by dabbing some on a paper towel)
Could it be AC condensation ?

the rainbow crap sounds like gas..or possibly just oil. i,ve never seen the ac stuff look rainbow-ish. just bright green like it was radioactive. but it could be mixed with water. get the car in the air and run it. try idling first and see if it leaks...with you under the car looking for leaks. keep clear of the exhaust obviously. and the belts. also beware that the radiator fan will kick on at some point so keep your fingers and toes clear of it. (some guys wear flip flops while wrenching. if thats gas leaking, be ready to get the hell out of there. if that gas hits the exhaust it WILL ignite and give you major problems. stop-drop-and roll...but just be careful and have an assistant ready to shut the car off if its gas...and help put you out too if need be. if its gas i'm not joking bro. i play around alot as you can tell but not with gas and peoples lives dude

Hm sounds serious. Although, the liquid didn't smell like gas and I think I caught a dab of oil on the paper towel. It may be from all the oil the distributor has been leaking. I think its time for the mechanics :/
yeah gas could cause the rainbow lookin stuff. so can oil. it depends on how much and if its mixed with water or coolant. gas does smell like gas obviously so it may not be gas. but i seen you had a few threads so i figured maybe you also messed with the fuel filter. but regaurdless, i didnt want you to get cought on fire and thats a possibility when you got gas leaks and youre not up to the task. better to be safe than sorry...gotta go back to the car show so i'll be out for a while
So I drove the car around a little more, about 6 miles. The weather is a lot cooler today (~73F) and rainy. The A/C was on about half the time (full cold setting). I didn't notice any liquid drip this time. Also I didn't hear the distributor at all this time either.
