horn isn't working..

I've checked the horn relay, replaced it with another and still wasn't working. Looked at the wiring from the steering wheel and it all looked good.

Sooo what else would make it not work?? It is plugged in, but I have no idea whats up. Do they go bad?? It's on a 96 civic hatch

I am in the same situation you are in to. I have checked everything mine is not working as well. maybe it could be my horn button but I multi tested my wires I am not getting anything. I wonder if it has to due with removing all my abs wiring and airbags.
