Integra LS 96 ABS problem
i got a 96 teg but whenever i start the engine the ABS pop up ! my friend told me to go fix it ! but when i go to the shop the guy ask me for 1k$ to fix that ABS (Anti Brake System ) ! can u guys tell me what ABS really do to ur car and why ? i dont really have that much money for now ! if i leave it there will my car gonna be alrite or ABS will block my brake ? need help !

anti lock braking (ABS) prevents your wheels from locking up by monitoring wheel speed sensors on each wheel.
ABS will not block your brak(e)/ing
