I Have a 96 EK hatch that im putting my built H22 into. Its a DX model so it has no sway bars at the moment. I Have Si front sway bar and lcas that im going to be installing. Im purchasing ASR subframe brace with 22mm CTR rear sway and Skunk2 lcas. Im pretty sure i would have to get the SI sway bar end links for the CTR rear sway. Im going with the ground control knoi setup. I called ground control about custom spring rates told and pretty much told them what my set up is going to be and that i was going to be using the car mainly on weekends and drag strip 2-3 times a month. They recomended 400 in the front and 380 in the rear. I just want to get a second opinion what do you guys think?

it sounds to me like you have all your ducks in a row, are you putting in a h-brace

 

Im not sure i havent really looked into it.

 

What kind of driving will you be doing with this car?

 

Mainly just cruising and like i said 2-3 track days a month.

This. Forget the H-brace it's pretty useless.
