Default 92 Teg, Oil Leak near the Oil pan and lowest Pully.

I got a leak coming from near the oil pan and the last pulley, where the P/S belt connects to. Very weird, because I just put some new oil and filter in. I started the car and went the gas station, I checked under the car (I like to be on the safe side) and I saw a oil leak. It looks pretty dark.. atleast not the how the new oil i got looks. Its near the Left front under the bay if your sitting in the driver seat facing forward. any ideas?

I bought the motor a few months ago, not sure what oil it had but replaced with Synthetic 10w30 Castrol. a month later as of today, I put Castrol high mileage 5w30 with a new oil filter. I feel like i needed the castrol 5 30 instead of 10w30 synethic..

When i start the car, there isnt a leak. When it warms up, it starts leaking. When it turn it off, it stops but just the remainder leaks..

its leaking pretty good. I got some oil splattered everywhere. under the hood in the corner by clutch resoivr side. got oil on some hoses. Under the car its leaking almost in 3-4 spots and theyre spreaded. ?

1. I didnt leave my oil filter loose or had 2 gaskets, thats all fine and that area is dry.
2. Oil cap is tight ofcourse.
3. There is nothing i did wrong, what i did was all secured and good to go.

is it leaking down the back of the block or from the oil pan gasket area?

you prolly put in a lighter weight oil and it sprung a leak on your oil pan gasket seal area

Its leaking from the Driver side mount to down oil pan. It sputters on the clutch resvoir, hood and little on the windshield. I went from 10w30 Castrol Synethic to 5w30 Castrol high mileage. I got 21xxxx. My Oil level doesnt change but still leaks, the more the car's running the more oil it leaks. Its got the Power steering belt oiled up, the altenator oiled up. Couple other spots in that firewall corner by the clutch resoivr.

camshaft seals or crank seal and switch back to convention oil and not high mileage or synthetic

I have a aftermarket camseal. So it is because I went from 1030 synethic to 5w30 high mileage. Both were Castrol gtx.

Ok, I removed the cover and saw oil all up in there. On timing belt, gears, and lower. Pretty sure its my Cam Gears seals. cost about 15 bucks shipped on Acuraautomotiveparts.

can anyone confirm in a experienced opinion?

if theres oil all behind the cam gears, then that is just about the only place it can leak from there on the head.

switch back to your original oil and replace your cam gear seals
